Losing weight after childbirth with crabmeat corn soup


Corn is good for weight loss.Corn is very good food for the health of people, especially women after childbirth. Corn enhances milk for your baby, it also helps women who lose weight quickly by abundant energy, maintain satiety, help a woman's body after childbirth can normal activities that do not need to add too much load food into the body.


Crabs are nutrient-rich food


 Postpartum women should be encouraged to eat more crabs because crabs enhances calcium to bone health. Crabmeat corn soup will help pregnant women eat tasty, good health and still be assured of their weight.

Ingredients:


- 300g fresh corn kernels

- 150g lean shredded boiled chicken microfiber

- 150g crab meat

- 2 liters chicken broth (chicken bones from security)

- ½ tsp minced ginger

- ½ teaspoon ground pepper.

- 3 egg whites

- Spices: seasoning salt, green onions, chopped coriander.

Implementation:


- 100g pureed corn juice taken.

- Boil chicken broth in a large pot, and cook for 200g cooked corn, then chicken   salt   ginger, boil with big flame for about 3 minutes, then turn down the heat.

- When the beans are tender corn, add juice   corn   crab meat seasoned with spices for just mouths to feed, waiting for the soup to boil, then turn down the heat all.

- Beat egg whites are a little oil, pour eggs into soup pot to make yarn. When soup is boiling up.

- When using a ladle soup bowl, sprinkle parsley and pepper. Eat the soup is hot.
